1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in Oakridge financial education programs, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Oakridge. Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in programs or engaging with our services.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • "Oakridge," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Oakridge financial education services
  • "You," "Your," or "Participant" refers to the individual enrolling in or attending programs
  • "Services" refers to all educational programs, materials, consultations, and related offerings provided by Oakridge
  • "Programs" refers to structured educational courses including Territory Mapping, Route Charting, and Atlas Edition
  • "Content" refers to all materials, workbooks, templates, documentation, and information provided through our services

3. Educational Services Description

Oakridge provides financial education programs designed to help participants understand and navigate their financial landscapes. Our services are strictly educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or professional financial planning services.

Programs are conducted in small group settings or private sessions, depending on the program level. Participants receive educational materials, mapping tools, and access to qualified facilitators who guide learning through the cartographic framework methodology.

4. Eligibility and Registration

Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in programs. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Enrollment Process: Program enrollment requires submission of registration information and payment of applicable fees. Registration is complete upon our confirmation email, which includes program details, schedule, and participant guidelines.

Program Prerequisites: Certain programs have prerequisite knowledge requirements. Route Charting recommends basic financial understanding or completion of Territory Mapping. Atlas Edition is suitable for participants at any knowledge level due to its personalized private session format.

5. Payment Terms

Fees and Pricing: Program fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and must be paid in full before the program start date, unless installment arrangements have been explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified during enrollment. Payment processing is handled through secure, reputable payment systems.

Refund Policy: Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 14 days before program start. Cancellations 7-14 days before start receive 50% refunds. Cancellations within 7 days of start are non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Price Changes: Program fees are subject to change at any time. Enrolled participants are guaranteed the price stated at time of enrollment, regardless of subsequent price adjustments.

6. Participant Responsibilities

Attendance and Participation: Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions, complete exercises, and engage actively with program content. While we accommodate reasonable scheduling needs, consistent attendance is essential for program completion.

Respectful Conduct: Participants must maintain respectful behavior toward facilitators and fellow participants. Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful conduct may result in removal from programs without refund.

Confidentiality: Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding personal financial information shared by other participants during group sessions. Discussion of program content outside sessions is permitted, but specific personal details of other participants must remain private.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Oakridge Content: All educational materials, workbooks, templates, mapping frameworks, methodologies, and content provided through programs are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Oakridge.

License to Use: Participants receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use program materials for their own financial planning purposes. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Participant-Created Content: Territory maps, route charts, and atlases you create during programs belong to you. However, the underlying templates and frameworks remain Oakridge intellectual property.

8. Disclaimers

Educational Purpose Only: Oakridge programs provide financial education, not financial advice. We do not recommend specific investments, products, or strategies. Participants are responsible for their own financial decisions and should consult licensed financial advisors before implementing strategies.

No Guarantees: We do not make representations or warranties regarding specific financial outcomes, investment returns, or results from applying program knowledge. Financial success depends on numerous factors beyond educational content.

Service "As Is": Programs are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for high-quality education, we do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all participant expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Oakridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your participation in programs or use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees you paid for the program giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for investment losses, financial decisions, or outcomes resulting from application of program content. Participants assume full responsibility for their financial decisions.

10. Program Changes and Cancellations

Schedule Changes: We reserve the right to modify program schedules, locations, or facilitators if necessary. Participants will receive advance notice of significant changes and may cancel for full refund if changes substantially alter program delivery.

Program Cancellation by Oakridge: We may cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a program, enrolled participants receive full refunds. We are not liable for travel expenses, accommodations, or other costs incurred in anticipation of program attendance.

Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding financial information shared during programs and comply with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in all data handling practices.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in programs for violation of these Terms and Conditions, disruptive behavior, or other conduct we determine to be detrimental to program delivery or other participants.

Upon termination, your right to access program materials and attend sessions immediately ceases. Refunds for terminated participants are at our sole discretion based on the circumstances of termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts.

Informal Resolution: Before pursuing formal legal action, parties agree to attempt informal resolution through direct communication. We are committed to addressing concerns and finding amicable solutions whenever possible.

Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in Chiang Mai, Thailand, conducted in accordance with Thai arbitration procedures.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them valid and enforceable.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or business operations. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants via email.

Your continued participation in programs after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of modified terms. We encourage periodic review of this document to stay informed of your rights and obligations.
